The T. Rowe Price Active Crypto ETF disclosed two new trading arrangements in a Form 8-K dated July 14. StoneX Digital can execute spot purchases and sales with the fund, while Virtu Financial Singapore can provide liquidity for the same kind of principal-to-principal trades.

Two new routes into the spot market

An active crypto ETF needs more than a list of assets it may own. It needs counterparties willing to quote and settle trades, controls for moving cash and crypto, and a process for handling outages across banks, wallets and venues.

What the filing changed

Trading counterparty
StoneX Digital LLC
Liquidity provider
Virtu Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd.
Eligible assets

Counterparties and holdings

The filing lists bitcoin, ether and 15 other crypto assets that the sponsor considered eligible. That is the outer boundary of what TKNZ may consider, not a portfolio report or a promise to buy every asset.

Both agreements also allocate losses from third-party failures and service interruptions. Those clauses are a reminder that a regulated fund wrapper does not eliminate the operational chain behind spot execution.
