How this publication is produced
HashObserver is produced by automation end to end — discovery, evidence acquisition, writing, translation, verification and publication. There is no newsroom, no editor and no reporter, which is why no article carries a byline: there is no person to name. Accountability sits with the checks described below and with the correction record, not with an individual.
What we cover
We select developments for their market, regulatory, business, security or infrastructure consequence. Publication volume alone is not a reason to run a story.
How sources are used
Articles distinguish primary evidence, independent reporting, data providers and commentary or video sources. Public source links support verification; they do not substitute for a complete HashObserver report.
Corrections and revisions
Factual errors are corrected in the relevant passage. A material change should be identified on the article. Claims that cannot be supported are withheld or removed rather than rewritten as certainty.
English and Traditional Chinese
Both editions share one story identity, fact set, source set and content version. If either language is incomplete or drifts from that shared record, the new version is withheld from publication.

HashObserver does not invent live prices or imply an institutional data service. Every published figure must carry a date, source and measurement context; unavailable data remains unavailable.
