Intesa Sanpaolo's latest available Form 13F shows a more complicated crypto-ETF book than a single headline about buying or selling bitcoin. The filing lists common shares, call options and several products across bitcoin, ether and solana. Each instrument has a different payoff, so adding their dollar values would obscure the portfolio structure.

Form 13F scope and limits

The forms establish the securities, share counts, option type and quarter-end reported values in the manager's 13F portfolio. They do not show intraday trades, the beneficial client behind each position, option strike prices or the manager's current holdings after March 31.

The comparison uses share count to separate portfolio activity from price movement. ARKB share count rose 44.95% while reported value rose 11.81%; IBIT share count rose 37.50% while value rose 6.02%. The difference reflects changes in each ETF's quarter-end price as well as position size.
